FRANCINE N. NISIM Partner

Francine N. Nisim is a founding partner of Stern Tannenbaum & Bell focusing on commercial litigation and employment law. Previously, Ms. Nisim was a partner at Duane Morris LLP.

Ms. Nisim has extensive experience litigating all types of commercial disputes in state and federal courts with a particular emphasis on real estate law. She also has extensive expertise litigating and counseling employers regarding their rights and obligations under laws and regulations that affect the workplace.

Ms. Nisim conducts legal compliance audits of clients’ human resource functions, and creates and reviews employment policies and handbooks. She has trained hundreds of employees, including managers and human resource professionals, on preventing of litigation impacting the workplace.
